This book was thoughtprovoking and a good reminder that we all need to iron out our money issues with our partners whether married notmarried domestic partners dating or manwomanqueertransgendered though i do fault the book a bit for speaking to its audience as if as a breadwinning woman being married to a man is assumed and not one of many ways to live whose money issues would still be actionable using the advice in this book if its language reflected that and its too bad the author let herself be vulnerable to attack on this front

As a manager in business and someone who has actively sought to mentor and sponsor the next generation of women leaders i thought i had a firm grasp of the issues facing breadwinning women

The partner who makes less needs to be included in important financial decisions and should feel like a contributing party to the financial picture even if it isnt in a particular dollar amount

Always include the other party and dont think that whoever is making the most gets to control the entire relationship
