Reading this book is like reading an encyclopedia -- it has so much information in it. On the rare occasion the author makes his political views known.

Cons

survivalists who make room in their survival strategy for gadgets, guns and gold are *, un-serious survivalists and spend the rest of the book deriding them. if your only concern is survival, this book will give you the bug.

This guy is a charlatan, plain and simple. He spends plenty of time waxing intellectual about self-defense techniques while never concretely considering arming yourself. There was some kind of arrogance / aloofness / superiority in his attitude.

The book is a real disappointment. If the shtf this isn't the book that i would want to prepare with.

This book is full of fluff and is written in comic book format. It is more like a book of bullet points with no real substance. Why the author included those goofy juvenile illustrations is beyond me.
