Pros
This carrier fits underneath the seat in the airplane. This carrier is aircraft approved and once you remove the bottom plate with the wheels, it slides easily under the seat. American airlines has a new policy for traveling pets in the plane.
We are pleased with this product and thankful that it served its purpose so well. Little fluffy loves it too! Aurora loves it.
Two side zippered pocket is great to store his collapsible bowl, leash and treat. One way zippers. Riveted 3 inch nylon webbing horizontally on back side to fit over carryon handle.
Well made, durable, easy to assemble, thoughtful design. Sturdiness is ok. Its good but not super sturdy.
Cons
The plastic surrounding these holes is not that durable. There is no handle on the end opposite the mesh to pick the carrier up. It's fine as a roller only.
Amazon refuses to give me my money claiming the a 3rd party problem. This costly item is now useless. Shame on the maker and shame on amazon for not helping.

First the packaging was simple clean strong
I also think the black quilting on the bag looks nice and stylish
If he had been more anxious it would have been harder to keep him contained in the bag

Do note it has mesh screens on the top of 3 sides so your pet will be exposed to the elements if outside

Even the medium exceeds our intended airlines’ regulations but they’re much closer than the large

Medium is not big enough for them to stand but the airlines we chose will let them on our lap when the plane reaches 10000 feet so they only need to bear it for 30 mins during take off and landing

At check in i was informed that the carrier was too big because they were including the wheels when taking measurements

The carrier did fit under the cabin seat without the bottom panel but did protrude about 8 inches taking over some foot space
