Just the right balance of fluffiness and firmness for me. First non-down pillow i have ever tried that truly feels luxurious, and not like laying your head on a pile of foam.

They are thick, fluffy, but also supportive, and firm enough not to mush down to nothing. These are pretty high loft--great for hugging. They are for side sleepers as well as back sleepers.

Luna premium hypo pillow cases are also available. I gave it a 4 just cause i can't tell about it's durability yet. It is the exact same that is in the hotels. Would definitely recommend.

Both of them are so skinny thin, no support atall. This is no longer the fluffy pillow i brught in previous years. Not fluffy at all. I feel as thought i can't breathe because it smashes my head into the pillow.
