If you want even soft light what you do want is stofen omez omnibounce diffuser or equivalent for your flash

Inside the plastic bags around the deflector dish and the light stand looked like they had fallen out onto pavement and the both the stand and dish were lightly scratched

I have replaced it with the rapid ox xl as i use my flashpoint xplor mostly so this just didnt make much sense for me
