I cant help but feel that i would have liked some extra padding in the laptop compartment just to make sure if by chance i was to drop the bag it would be completely protected

However apart from the main laptop compartment there isnt anywhere else to store a4 sized documents or folders

However plastic strap adjuster has just snapped and returning this for replacement via amazon proving impossible so far
