This grinder works well - needed to clean up some axes, etc - so i got this.
This makes the product a bit louder than i think it would be otherwise.
Works as good as a $50 grinder should work.
Shipping
It's impossible for the base to have had a part bent outward as a result of shipping.
This damage is unlike any resulting from shipping that i've ever seen.
Packaging/appearance
Images 1-3 show cracks in the padding and tears in the bag.
Based on what i am seeing, especially in my last image, this damage occurred before the product was even placed into the box.

Slightly tightened screws to this stand i made and it bent it in and cracked a little.

Note on mouting: you cannot put screws from above (like many other grinders) - so drill your holes, insert bolts from the bottom (w washers) and put your nuts on top - then tighten.

The outer box showed zero damage.
