It has decent airflow and isnt terribly loud but the oscillation feature isnt that great

This might be ok except the oscillation mechanism is weak and to add to that the usb cable is stiffer than most meaning if the cable has tension it restricts the oscillation

It both oscillates the whole thing oscillates on its base and pivots the pivot angle isnt large
