Pros
D is an essential vitamin that, was long overlooked. This is an excellent form of taking vitamins if you or your kids (like mine) don't like taking pills.
Liquid makes it absorb quicker. I have cronic emphysema. I'm a gastric bypass patient, 6 years post-op. Liquid is definitely better for me to absorb.
Cons
The dosage cup for this product is misleading. The preservative sodium benzoate is being linked to dna damage. Use this product at your own risk.
