Pros

It’s the only toner that settles and cancels out my bright yellow/orange tone after bleaching it.

I bleach my hair at home, and usually use the t10 to get my hair ultra white. I am a chestnut brown who has always dyed blonde. I would be fine using either 19 or 81 to tone my bleached hair.

This is exactly as advertised and really easy to use. It's a vegan formula so that's pretty good to me!

The color is perfect. Nice shine and beautiful color.

Cons

The blonde women spend hundreds to achieve. Wella t10 or t18 it never fails to completely ruin my hair. I am done buying developers on amazon.

I'm extremely disappointed in this product and the misleading description guide that is on the website. Looks awful.

Competitiveness

Combined this with another wella toner color to create a personalized tone.

Also, you do not need to use anything stronger than a 10 volume developer with this product.

T10 gives much better results then t18 which deposits to much grey.

I find the color charm toners slightly more drying than the redken eq toners, and they don’t really give you the same shine as eq.
