I enjoy having this product at home to prepare me for my birth
I filled the first one with the included pump and it took about 5 minutes

I used this while in labor it didnt do a lot for me but my 6 year old is in gymnastics and she loves it to exercise with
I ordered the 50100cm ball which was probably too big for my 50 stature but i wasnt sure and many said it was small
