I hope this helps others in our situation. This is far beyond my expectations. It's really amazing.
The phone matters, and this system solved the problem. Clear signal, phone calls and data were visualized immediately. No more dropped or one-sided calls.
Proper spacing of the antennas is really the key to having this thing work. Expect to adjust the outdoor antenna a few times. Take the time to place all antennas in their perfect places.
It just seems to have one limitation. It does exactly what it says it will if you implement it as instructed. Customer service is excellent and accommodating.
Cons
Signal drops so much when you move away from the antenna that the service quickly drops back down to what it used to be. Apparently if you have an apple product you need to disable lte in order to work with the weboost.
