Pros

Accurate, sturdy, commercial grade. Works as expected. Tested for accuracy, works great. Thankfully it all goes together perfectly as you can see in the pictures.

Compliments my slow and sear. A bit pricey, but a perfect replacement. You can't go wrong with this compliment.

Cons

In the boiling water it shows 80 c. I'm not sure if it was the packaging, or the product's quality. Now just foggy.
