The wsm is a no brainer given the quality price and ease of use for a charcoal smoker

Easy to use great temp control build quality is fantastic and its a weber

Debated between wood offset smoker but wanted something that can sear smoke hot and fast or the cook low and slow

Packaging/appearance

Webber obviously needs better quality control in their packaging department

If i want to cook a packer or keep the ribs whole then i bust out the slow and sear and smoke in the kettle

Have a weber propane grill they build great products

Other than that you get a great smoker for the price
