On the inside of the cover where the bag is there is a velcro strap

Its not mentioned anywhere but i found it after i was determined that weber didnt design this cover to have a bag flying around in the wind looking stupid

Stick that velcro strap through the loop of the storage bag and velcro the strap to itself making another loop around the loop
