Pros
Some cars have four receptacles for bolts, some only two. Mounting it is considerably easier than the originals. Sure makes my license plate look much nicer than just regular bolts that most cars have!

It is not designed to fit virginian registration plates

It is just a tad bigger and one has to cut the dimensions of the registration albeit slightly to get a proper snug fit
