The price beats the cost of most of the other bags so the damage done was worth the lower cost
Great bag great price loved the shape and the pockets
Packaging/appearance
I used 2 inch foam padding think pool noodle to zip tie to the frame and bubble wrapped everything with two layers to set inside the bagbox
No tears or rips on the bag just scraped the sides and decals from those careful bag handlers

The bag is really big it fits a 29er without any problems
Worked like a champ bubble wrapped the sharp parts

The handle was likely grabbed incorrectly causing two 10 tears down one handle

Theyre placed too close to the center of the bag and theyre too short so its almost impossible to put the bag in your shoulders because it slips down and you have to carry the bike so close to you that youre unabled to walk you have to carry it with your hands

The bike survived the trip across the half of the world but the bag was torn in a few places

Used it from portland to toronto to seattle held up pretty well material is durable one zipper broke on only the second use so thats not great luckily there were 2 zippers or my bike would be all over tarmac

I would recommend that the zippersopening is widened to facilitate putting the bike frame inside i struggled to get a mountain bike frame inside

First trip one way the airlines did manage to rip the material on the first trip perhaps adding more protective material to the sharp areas of the bicycle may have prevented the light damage
