Pros
The size is perfect & the maneuverability is effortless. My only complaint is that it makes a loud rattle noise! It is quiet and takes a lot of water out of the air. It also has a sleek design and easy to maneuver.
This is the best dehumidifier i have ever owned. It looks great - guests often look at it and ask what it is. Digital display is great.
Customer service is quite great in itself. They answer any questions or concerns very quickly & with expertise. Very pleased with the customer service.
Cons
Horrible troubleshooting advice is to unplug then replug. Amazon is aware of this fraudulent practice, but still continues to promote this company, & it's fraudulent practices, as amazon choice.
On good days when it does magically work, the bucket overflows. I have to empty the reservoir every day to keep it working. It only drains in that very very small bucket that was attached to the dehumidifier.
From a performance perspective this unit leaves something to be be desired. It is not near powerful enough to even touch the rh% in the room - and that's with the central ac set at 70 to help it out. On top of that, it displays the humidity level abou... Read More
