After over 5 days installed the large filter at the top of the big filter component was loose and dripping water

I grew tired of constantly filling the pitcher style filter it seemed like i could pour one glass of water before needing to refill the pitcher and wait for it to produce water

My recommendation is that the directions be closely followed regarding the installation of the drain line for the waste water that the system produces

There should be no dependent loops and the drain line should be short and straight and located as indicated in the installation manual

The only minor issue i found was that one of the carbon block filter canister gaskets was not properly seated before assembly so watch closely for any potential leaks and dont walk away from the unit after installation

I called up watts in arizona and they are shipping out a replacement canister and gasket per my request their customer service is very good although there was about a 30 minute wait time in order to speak to a technical support representative
