On these i read a review that said instead of dropping the tray in boiling water for 3 5 seconds as package instructions read you should only do it for 1 3 seconds otherwise the tray melts and turns into a plastic glob

I left it in the water for about 2 seconds and put it in using a mirror to see that it was aligned correctly

Pressing it against your teeth with your fingers as you are sucking out the air as instructions read does help

They are not tight fitting enough to wear overnight which is kind of a bummer

Pay attention to the directions and only dip them for 3 seconds or so
