Product becomes completely unusable after 3 months of normal use due to internal water leakage and electrical issues. Damning flaw is it’s internal design and engineering. Not on par with waterpick products.

This water flosser is not up to specs. It is virtually worthless to me. Even if the other item lasts only as long as this poorly made *ahem* item i'll still be ahead by $45!

Customer support is non existent. After using it only 3 times for approximately 90 seconds total the recharge light is on. Won't light up when attached to charger and non-responsive to button press.
