I would say to new users be careful on the high setting if your hand slips and you hit your tonsils or lips with the full power spray it is painful

Bought this about 3 weeks ago and even though it took me a couple of goes to get it right you know the breathingwater thing and remembering to take your finger off the button

I have struggled for years flossing i have a few tight teeth where the floss snaps sometimes leaving bits of the floss between my teeth i have also tried tape and cord to little effect and have tried the little brushes but i just seem to stab my gums with them this thing though is just like a jet wash for your teeth

Cannot fault customer service several months after buying i noticed a larger 300ml reservoir could be fitted to the device so that there was less of a need to refill during use
