Pros

Tips are very easy and quick to change. Its is cumbersome and strange at first, but the goal is cleaner teeth amd massaged gums. Really cleanses the gum line. I like the ease of use because that helps me use it regularly.

It's a bit powerful at first go but that is what you get with a handheld unit. Better power button than my old water pik and more powerful. When sin the lower power was tolerated better.

Cons

Worked with high pressure the first use, second use less, third use it just kind of pumped the water but no flossing or cleaning. The light continues to blink blue and it pauses will running and turns on by itself.

Box says it has a 12 month warranty. There is no charger in box. Would return but no packaging.
