Pros

this is very lightweight and easy to use. It's got 3 speeds. The floss has three modes which makes it ideal for family members. It is fabulous and very powerful to clean my teeth.

The flosser works as advertised. This one works exceptionally well. This thing has a lot more power behind it than i anticipated!

Cons

It's obvious it was used and repackaged. Shabby manufacturing. It’s a no for me dawg.

The product advertises a 1 year warranty. Amazon wants me to ship it back at my cost for a refund. No response, not honoring the warranty.

This is the second one that has crapped out on me. The other's rechargeable battery stopped charging, also within a year or so. It also drains the battery until i can shut it back off, and sometimes it won't shut off.
