However i find that it does not keep hot drinks hot for very long and i am not sure that it would keep hot for the length of time stated
When i put the flask into my bikes metal flask holder the flask got scratched a little bit
One thing though
I wanted a metal flask because i dont like the smell and taste from the plastic bottle
