Does indeed contain an ftdi chip

The cable that i used prior did not have the ftdi chip and would not connect to all of the available modules

They responded the same day with the web site to download instructions then i was able to get the software to work

You have to follow the directions they send you in email to install the software properly

Installing the software will take you roughly about 10 minutes

Windows 10 and 64bit issues make it harder but after researching and several tries it does work
