I almost returned this coat because the hood hangs off from the zipper and doesnt have buttons or velcro to keep the hood from flapping in your face

The jacket is supposed to be waterproof i walk a dog who jumped up on my jacket with his money pulls i wash the coat four times the mud will not come out there is a very faint gray
