That setting is the most like a standard shower though it comes out of the unit from a circle of jets that sit between the adjustment ring and the gray plastic central piece

Right now most of the jets are spraying in the correct direction but enough are spraying outward that it is nearly impossible to turn the shower on with the shower curtain open without getting the rug and floor wet so im probably going to have to remove it soak it in clr or something similar for a while then reinstall it later

The entire outside ring of the unit is freely turned either clockwise or anticlockwise to change the spray setting

It has not leaked and there has been no dropoff in pressure in the six weeks or so since i installed it
