It does move on ya so if you wear a bra you could pin it to your straps to keep it in place or if you are a man you could attach it to a seam in the shirt that wouldn’t be visiblejust suggestions since i did encounter this issue

I bought this item because my job requires me to wear a nice uniform and the collar was doing a real number on my neck just rubbing and scratching no matter how many times i washed or soaked it to get the starch out nothing worked
