Pros
They work better outdoors than indoors. They fit well with or without a hat and they keep out all the dangerously loud noises. They also come with two flag patches that adhere to the sides.
It takes some fiddling with the volume dial to get it to work well.
Cons
Out of warranty, but still tried to contact them for their advise. I seldom leave a review but this makes me angry. Be careful if you are shopping for the holidays, shipping time is not as advertised.

The volumepower knob has gotten accidentally turned on and killed my batteries
Now i have a lower voice hes a contractor who only hears higher pitch things due to hearing loss from using skill saws for 50 yrs

Great era muffs at a great price
Now the cheaper brand that i had on was really annoying me severely so much i was tempted to just call it a day
For the value these are pretty good

Good hearing protection but even so i put on ear plugs as well

So i haven’t really tested the electric part of these but when i turn them on i do get some static

I use them for utv offroading and they allow just the right amount and type of sound through but muffle sound enough to allow you to ride for hours
