Product attachment is stronger if you attach direct to the main tube supporting the seat. Top ends of the struts were fixed to the basket with home made p clips made from pipe strap. Quick & simple to attach to bike.

The bike share in my city equips their rental bikes with the smaller version of these. The larger size matches nicely with the cruiser bike frame and mounted in less than 10 minutes. Bike is a framed minnesota, tire is a cst roly poly 26x4.

These are prefect if you are a off the beaten path fisher person. The basketss are spacious, but i wish they were an inch or two wider at the bottom.

The rack is sturdy and after mounting feels solidly connected to the bicycle. The basket is ruggedly built and should be expected to last a long time. Very sturdy, holds alot, but installation was not easy.

When riding with a full or unbalanced load, the rack itself is solid on the bike. Occasionally when riding my heal taps the baskets. This method makes the basket infinitely stronger. No vibrations at all.
