Wakefit customer care is also v proactive and give you an ear if you are facing any issue. Its a dual sided mattress.
Cons
After a month, there is still a faint bad smell (coming from the mattress) it is too firm and not very comfortable.

The mattress is good except that the bedsheet which we spread slips a little over this mattress
