Pros
If you are removing borders or any wall papering this is a must have. Works as advertised, saved hours, if not days, of scraping off old wallpaper glue. Using it to remove 3 layers of wall paper from plaster walls.
It works like a charm, but there’s a little navigating you have to do to use it easily. Takes a little patience and time, but it has been hands down a great and effective purchase. Also, i'm not a prime member and it shipped fast!
This steamer works great! It holds enough water to produce steam for quite a long time. Manage the tubing and spurts of water spray out of the steam head. Have towel for moisture.
Cons
Removing wallpaper in one room was difficult. There is no on/off switch, so once the steam starts, you have to have a place to lay the wand while the steam continues to come out. You still have to wipe the wall paper adhesive off with rag.

The vinyl that was put in this room was stubborn and would not come off with a normal floor scraper

There’s still stubborn glue in the after picture but i believe it was due to the way the original vinyl was installed

I was removing a non woven paper so i pulled off the top layer which left the paper backing and glue on the wall
