Pros
Super sticky adhesive. Keep some paint thinner handy to clean off the tar-like adhesive from your knife and/or scissors. It is thinner, by perhaps half, so it is much easier to work with.

I was impressed with the product and would not build another composite deck without it.

Only minor but avoidable negative was the print all over the tape versus at the edges or not at all.

My work around so one would not see this in between the gaps in the boards was to black spray paint this small area after each board was installed and before placing the next.

By its very nature, i won't know if its doing its work of protecting my repair job from leaking for maybe ten or twenty years, by which time this review will be obsolete.

This makes it difficult once you start unrolling the product because the backer paper then gets stuck on what's left of the outside plastic and tears the backer paper.
