The v smile works every time. It's been great. Would recommend. I know these used to be in the stores for much cheaper when the v.

Cons

The cord is too short. It should have been designed with a right-angle, or the power plug on the v.

Vtech's website has this for 10 bucks so amazon selling for near 20 is absurd. Much to my disappointment it doesn't. I am upset that the seller only has a 30 day return policy.
