When you close the cover the memo pad screen shuts off as youd expect

There is only one magnet embedded in the case which engages the clasp vs several in pic and there is no cutout in the hinge for sd card which i see as a plus since the card is exposed when the case is open and protected when closed

So far it seems to just barely clear the front of the tablet when closed

Also the case leaves dust marks on the screen that match the inner grooves of the case
