Works great a must have when changing the battery in a newer vehicle or even taking the battery out of service to do repairs

There are two things i didnt like is first is i received the product in ziplock bag without any instructions or a box

Instructions could have been better but it had the needed info to be able to use it without issue

I used it when changing the battery on our toyota and it was easy to use and kept the computers powered up so we lost no settings of any kind

Since there was none i concluded there was no connection and returned it

After thinking about it and contacting them i realized i could not see any voltageconnection because their design includes diodes that prevent reverse current flow out of the connector
