Im very familiar with how evap cooling works and that type of cooling is perfect for where i live but i couldnt justify this purchase because it just didnt work so i returned it

It did spit out a slight mist if you were an inch away but actually less than one of those 4 personal hand misters

You could pull out the tank at the back to fill it with water but since its a tiny fan it cant hold a lot
