Unfortunately the other two companies didnt offer any guarantee or call back with the repair

In addition i also have in writing that it included a service call back if the same area leaked after the repair

One other company responded but did not want to just repair the one portion without doing this that and the other

They did a great job and they cleaned up almost all of the debris from my old roof just a couple pieces of shingle that were super tiny were left behind

So i called 6 roofing companies there schedule was 23 weeks out

All i got was excuses its too windy the inspector is late signing off on permit so it never got repaired

I called discount roofing terry answered the phone the 1st thing i said to him is i will give you 1000 if you repair missing shingles by 2pm today

I sent him photos he replied im out getting shingles now will fix it it will not be 1000
