Pros

The rubber is thicker than the original. The fit of the lid is perfect. They are better than either of the factory versions for leica and swarovski.

There seem to be three different 42mm caps for varying vortex models. They fit nicely on my nikon 8x42 binos. These work great on my zeiss terra ed 10x42s. Took a chance on these with my nikon 8x42 monarchs and was rewarded.

Recently purchased canon prostaff 7 10 x 42 binoculars from a local merchant. They are very secure yet can be pushed off with your pinkies while bringing the binos up to your eyes. Good bino lens covers.

Cons

We were sent the wrong product. We live in ecuador so it is impossible to return. They are huge and slip right off. Also, the piece that's supposed to hold it tethered is too tight and clunky.

Ive put these caps on my binos before antelope and deer season started this year and was very happy with the fit

The terras come with a perfect fitting cover but it is not very robust and falls off with the slightest touch

Did not like the lens caps that came with the canons so found these at amazon

As long as you have binos with a 42mm objective these will fit

I have a pair if bushnell 10x42 waterproof fog proof binoculars and i lost one lens cap
