Then one day it just stopped working

A few hours later i tried again and after a few attempts it started working

A week or so later it stopped again so i took it apart to see if there was anything obvious such as the brushes

Using it to sand outside furniture where there is no mains electric supply has to be lt200w to work off my car battery power station inverter
