It comes with lot of security for example if it falls it will switch off automatically

This is not a big deal for me but any one wanting a quiet heater would be better off buying a unit without a fan

This made me believe the heating element was faulty but i checked the second heater for my mum and it was the same

Also on heat 2 both sides blow out the warm air so the heating element cant be faulty as the whole part appears to work on heat 2

One other point worth noting and a reason my mum would drop another star is that the settings around the controls are very difficult to see

Brilliant little heater although when on heat it also blows normal air out of the back which then feels cold like having a hot fan and cooling fan
