Pros

It packs easily in its travel case and heats up very quickly. One of the standout features is how fast it heats up. Comes with a velcro strap for the cord and thermal carry bag.

With all of this extra volume in my hair, it also appears cleaner longer. Makes it look like i have the fullness i had when i wore extensions. The volume seems to last until i shampoo and restyle.

Easy-to-use styling tool. Works even without using hairspray.

It's sorcery i tell you! This thing is amazing. Omg this thing is the bomb.

Cons

Getting a refund was a nightmare.

Item is like a crimper. This device just crimps the hair just very mildly, even on high setting. It's hard to hide the crimping and it just makes the hair look fuzzy.

The volumizer itself is good to use, but it recently stopped working and voloom refuses to help. This is the most ridiculous item i could have ever purchased. I have hair tools that are cheaper than this and they are still working!
