Pros

It plugs in securely and i have no problems with it at all. It stays plugged in very well.

Item is just as pictured and described. The plugin on this board is good. Now the light comes from underneath.

The 3 levels of brightness give a lot of flexibility. Less eye strain. Brightness is very bright.

Cons

The board seems to switch light settings by itself. It refuses to stay on any setting other than high. Horrible product.

Traced several embroidery patterns and stored it away for several months. Maybe it's a defective product, but i haven't the time to return it. I no longer have the packaging and am disabled making it hard to send back.
