Cons

It is possible the item i received was a fluke for this company. Wish i had not bothered with the purchase although it seemed like a good idea. Returning it if possible at all.

No, not good at all. Too bad. What a disappointment. Get them, not this.

The middle part is not flexible at all and my back is not that ideally even. Not sure of the reasoning in design for the ridge in the center.

Loofah part is too dry/hard, takes too long to soak. Once it's wet it's like a wet noodle worthless.
