Upon opening the undamaged carton i found the sound bar to have physical damage and contacted customer service to return

Set up was fairly easy but i did have to change the input to optical i used an optical cable which was provided instead of hdmi cable which was not clearly explained in the manual before the system would work

Also having it on both ends of the couch covers up the wires go directly behind it
