Pros

Comes with lots of extra screws and adapter plates in case you have an odd or larger than normal vesa pattern. Works perfectly for my 28 inch tv.

The stand seems very sturdy and my tv now is at the height i wanted, and it doesn't take much room and it's sleek. Once assembled it is sturdy and holds the tv solidly.

It has an upward tilting mounting face. Perfect for a zwift biking setup. The tilt feature is nice to get rid of glare on the tv screen when outside.

Cons

The plate used for mounting is oversized and does not fit in recessed enclosures. I am not sure if my problem was with the screw or the screw hole. What a waste of time on a hunk of junk.
