Pros
This mount is very sturdy, and can be a bit of a pain to install by one person. It needs 2 persons to one to hold the mount and the other to screw into the ceiling. Mounting is straight forward, easier with 2 people.
Even in heavy waves, it works flawlessly. As for a zwift setup, it's pretty good! No issues so far. Works perfectly and everyone is thoroughly impressed with them!
Cons
I am one of the suckers that got lured into the fancy mount that goes up magically. I spend money installing and uninstalling the product and the company said i was liable.
Mounting position is guesswork. It only has 4 mounting holes in a teardrop/static configuration.
Some seem to have luck resetting by disconnecting power but i'm not one of those lucky ones. The remote control and censor are extremely fickle.

My teenagers are loving this for when there is a game on they can play pool and not have the tv in the wayfor the price its awesome
Easy to install great value for the price and all my guests love it
The last drawback is the cost which is a little high i believe at 170
Theres like a 12 led kit amazon sells for behind the tv looks fantastic

This product came quickly and as advertised
I am expecting my shipment today 2 days after contacting them
They sent me a new mount the next day
Avery emailed me back and stated it sounded like a control box issue and asked me for my order and shipping address
