Pros

The mat is so large i cut it down the middle and each litter box has a mat. My cats love the soft texture of the mat and it’s built well while still being safe for their claws. This mat is now my go-to catbox mat.

It is big, cleanable and does a great job of containing grains of litter that come out of the litter box when the cat dismounts. Easy to clean and disinfect.

Cons

It is definately not waterproof urine constantly getting underneath it. My 4 mo kitten tore this up within a few days and ingested some of the stringy parts.
