The only reason i am giving it 4 stars it is because of the faulty swivel snap hook not sure if that is the correct term the clip that attaches to the dogs collar

The thing doesnt fully go down and at times gets jammed only 14 open and i have to play with it a bit to get it to open enough so that i can put the collar ring through
